ASSIGNMENT DEADLINES AND RETURNS ( Office: 211C): All assignments have been graded and are ready to be picked up.

English 1 Students: Research papers will be on my desk by noon, Monday.

OIC Students (10:30 M-W-F): Bad news assignments and probably your job application assignments will be on my desk by noon, Monday.

OIC Students:( 9:30 Tu/Th): Job application assignments will be on my desk by 1:00p.m., Tuesday.

Written Comm. Students: Cause/effect essays will be on my desk by 2:00p.m., Tuesday.

English 1 Students: Cause/effect essays and revisions will be on my desk by 1:00 p.m., Thursday.

Unless otherwise noted, the deadline for turning in any assignments is Friday, Dec. 11, 3:30 p.m. No exceptions to this.

Assignments not returned or picked up during the last week of classes before finals can be obtained two ways:

1. During the last week of classes or the week of finals, bring a self-addressed( YOUR NAME AND ADDRESS), stamped manila
    envelope (available in bookstore) to class or leave one on my desk for me to use to mail your assignments. If 211C is locked, slide your
    envelope under the door.
    Attach a note with my name on it to the envelope.

2. During the week of finals, I will leave assignments to be picked up on my desk (211C) in folders.
    As I finish assignments, I will notify you on this page that those assignments are in my office
    ready to be picked up.

Do not leave assignments with mail room staff or with staff in the Arts & Sciences office. Collecting assignments for teachers is not part of their job descriptions.

Any assignments not picked up during finals' week will be recycled after the second week of spring semester, 2010.
